The Only Constant is Change

The Only Constant is Change

I can’t remember who first authored those wise words, but they come to my mind often. Especially now, as I am on the brink of another new venture.

As of February 1, 2025, I will be leaving Living Bridges and setting up HeidiRedl Counselling as an independent counselling business in Kamloops. Counselling fees are rising throughout Kamloops and I’m bucking that trend. HeidiRedl Counselling will keep fees at $150 per session, with no GST, for the foreseeable future. I will also continue to offer sliding scale fees to clients who are on disability or pensions. The only change my clients will see is that there will be a different link to click on to access my Zoom counselling sessions.

If We Don’t Change, We Don’t Grow. If We Don’t Grow, We Aren’t Really Living. (Gail Sheehy)
