Anxiety and Procrastination
Procrastination and anxiety are often a result of a client’s inability to come to terms with self-doubt/ low self-esteem. Working together with clients, I often encourage them to explore their concerns and to determine which changes they would like to make. It is important for the client to know who they are as a person when we start this work and I often ask questions like: What do you like? What do you love? What makes you happy? Those questions and a list of seven other thought-provoking questions provide the impetus for conversations and eventually, change.
