How Stress Can Impact Some Personalities

Some personalities handle stress better than others, but for a lot of us stress is devastating. It is proven that chronic psychosocial stresses, such as interpersonal conflict, loss of loved ones, lack of social support, anxiety and depression are risk factors to aggravate the symptoms of patients with chronic diseases like MS and Parkinsons (Annual Review of Clinical Psychology. 2011).
